There are so many health benefits to drinking enough water daily. The list really goes on. 

Dehydration is a cause of so many ailments and sicknesses that it really should not be ignored.
When you are giving your body the fluid intake it needs your blood is kept from becoming thick,oxygen , nutrients and hormones can flow around the body as it should and reach where they are needed.

You automatically feel better because your body and organs is functioning more as it should.
Imagine a car trying to run on dry...leads to major problems right?!

It is such a simple and basic thing that there really is no excuse not to.

How much?

It is recommended we drink about 6-8 glasses of water per day 1.5-2 litres approx. The warmer the weather or the more active you are, the more you should drink. Your wee should be a light straw colour, the lighter the better.This is a good guide to if you are keeping yourself hydrated. 

Those of us that are not too keen on plain water can try drinking very dilute squash, or water with lemon or any fruit slices in it.

Try drinking lukewarm or room temperature water rather than ice cold water whenever you can.

Water(best warm), first thing in the morning has excellent health benefits.The Chinese use this to treat many health problems.

Also adding a few drops of apple cider vinegar to your water a few times a day is a real health boost.
